VetLesions Laboratory houses equipment’s which are meant for both routine and advanced tests with a broad menu of 400+ laboratory tests, specifically used for detection, prognostic, early identification, screening, confirmatory and monitoring of the animal diseases.
OUR JOURNEY
The journey began in 2018 with a small vision and just two employees, driven by a passion to improve veterinary diagnostics. By 2019, the laboratory expanded its capabilities by introducing conventional PCR testing for canine tick fever and advanced endocrine assays for veterinary patients. In 2020, the lab collaborated with the Karnataka Forest Department to screen 87 elephants and made a significant scientific contribution by reporting B. gibsoni in a horse for the first time.
As the demand for reliable veterinary diagnostics grew, a new branch was established in Jayanagar in 2021, marking an important step in expansion. In 2022, the laboratory further strengthened its expertise by starting specialized work in horse clinical microbiology. A major milestone came in 2023, when the lab became India’s first veterinary laboratory to adopt the IMMULITE platform, the gold standard for veterinary endocrine assays.
By 2024, the organization had grown into a 20-member team, partnering with over 178 veterinary clinics across Bangalore and expanding its reach to cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Continuing the commitment to innovation, Real-Time PCR testing for select diagnostic assays was introduced in 2025, further enhancing the laboratory’s ability to provide accurate and advanced diagnostic solutions for veterinarians and pet owners.
